Product Overview

As the core component of bridge monitoring systems, this road and bridge monitoring weighing controller is independently developed, designed, and manufactured by Zhengzhou Hengliang Technology Co., Ltd. The system provides comprehensive vehicle monitoring capabilities with real-time data display and peripheral sensor status detection.

Key Features: Real-time vehicle data display, peripheral and sensor status detection, zero-point tracking, scale setting, coefficient calibration, high-speed AD conversion, data algorithm processing, and vehicle weight/speed calculation.

The equipment offers high speed, precision, simple operation, exceptional stability, and easy maintenance. It performs high-speed AD conversion on input analog signals, processes data algorithms, and integrates vehicle separation signals to calculate vehicle weight, speed, and other critical information.

Equipment Configuration
