1. Off site inspection
Use the off-site detection equipment to obtain the total weight of vehicle and cargo, the number of vehicle axles, speed, and axle load data; Use the vehicle license plate recognition system (i.e. snapshot facility) to obtain the vehicle license plate information and identify the license plate; The license plate and overrun information shall be quickly transmitted to the LED screen for display, and the vehicle driver shall be informed in time.
2. Weighing accuracy
The number of axles, axle load, gross weight of vehicle and cargo, license plate, speed and other information can be measured timely and accurately without stopping, decelerating, driving at a specific speed and in a specific lane. The accuracy is not lower than the national level 5 standard. The vehicle can pass the verification with a type evaluation certificate.

3. Single axle weighing capacity

With the development of vehicle refitting technology and material performance, the vehicle overrun capacity has also been improved. Malignant overrun vehicles with four axles exceeding 100 tons and six axles exceeding 150 tons have also appeared from time to time. The rear axle weight of such vehicles often exceeds 40 tons, causing great damage to roads and bridges.
