As an auxiliary component of the weighing system, the vehicle axle identification controller is independently researched, designed and manufactured by Zhengzhou Hengliang Tech Co., Ltd.
When a vehicle passes over the axle identification sensor, the controller captures the signal variations. After sampling, analysis and processing, it outputs the characteristic signals corresponding to the vehicle wheels. This controller supports the weighing system in implementing functions such as vehicle type classification, pressure point position statistics, and free-flow operation.
The equipment has the advantages of high speed, high precision, simple operation, high stability, and easy maintenance.

The vehicle axle identification controller is equipped with input interfaces for up to 8 channels of wheel-axle identification sensors, 1 CAN communication interface, 1 RS232 communication interface, 1 RS485 communication interface, 1 Ethernet interface, 2 digital input channels, 2 digital output channels, and a 5V output interface.

Function Introduction
The main functions of the vehicle axle identification system are: identifying vehicle tire types, and actively reporting characteristic data such as tire pressure points and tire types when vehicle tires pass over the wheel-axle identification sensors, so as to assist the weighing system in vehicle type determination.
This vehicle axle identification system supports the configuration of multiple parameters through dedicated management software, including adjusting the system communication protocol and baud rate, setting vehicle trigger thresholds, and enabling or disabling all detection points of the wheel-axle identification sensors, effectively improving system stability and flexibility.
Data Output and Protocal
The default communication interfaces of the vehicle axle identification system are CAN, RS485 and RS232. All data frames are output through these three interfaces, and the system also receives and parses data from these three ports respectively.
By default, the vehicle axle identification system periodically sends working status frames or basic information frames. After detecting a vehicle passing over the wheel-axle identification sensor, it automatically sends axle data frames. The specific flow and frame format depend on the configured communication protocol.
