HKLP12 piezoelectric wheel axle identifier uses piezoelectric ceramic piezoelectric effect. When the load acts on the piezoelectric ceramic, it generates charge and amplified to produce signals. The HKLP12 piezoelectric wheel axle identifier sensor consists of a number of sub-sensors, which are aligned in an array with equal spacing. When a sub- sensor is loaded, the sensor has an output signal. The controller adopts advanced digital signal processing technology, the probability of miscarriage of justice is small, adopting multiple anti-interference measures, the system stability is good, can identify whether there is axle through, and determine whether a single or double axles. The system has the advantages of high accuracy, fast response, high sensitivity, error prevention, easy installation, simple operation, high stability, long life, maintenance free and so on.

Construction introduction

l  On a flat hard pavement, digging one groove slightly longer than the sensor, 70mm wide and 50mm deep.

l  Cleaning the groove.

l  Mixing the sealant evenly and pouring into the groove.
