The quartz dynamic weighing system consists of quartz weighing sensors, charge amplifier, high-speed vehicle separator, weighing processor, road structural adhesive, an electrical cabinet, etc. It performs high-speed, high-density, and high-precision data sampling on the moving vehicle, and then accurately calculates a series of information such as the speed, axle weight, and wheelbase of the moving vehicle. The sensor and foundation requirements are slightly higher, but with good stability, long lifespan, and the high comprehensive performance.
Due to the high dynamic response and low temperature sensitivity of quartz crystal weighing sensors, the accuracy is more stable than other types in high-speed dynamic weighing occasions and areas with large temperature differences. At the same time, the installation method of the sensor and the foundation tightly fits to prevent sand blockage and freezing failures, and has a stable advantage in areas such as high-cold deserts.
The flat-plate weighing system consists of a flat-plate weighing body, a signal amplifier, a weighing display, and a vehicle separation device. Its road weighing device includes a weighing body, a weighing sensor, and a weighing load frame for supporting the weighing load, etc. It adopts a full steel, fixed structure. It is designed and installed in an integrated manner with the foundation, and has the characteristics of strong bearing capacity, large detection area, not easy to cheat, and high weighing accuracy.
The flat-plate weighing system is quick to construct and has a low impact on traffic. The self-developed anti-shear weighing sensor and multi-channel independent sampling algorithm, anti-cheating and multi-lane merging algorithm make the product have the same detection accuracy and stability in most use occasions, while having the advantages of rapid construction and cost.
